    Perfect size for a couple of fried/scrambled eggs & sautéed seasoning (onions/peppers/celery) and ham/sausage.

    Essential Items

    My favorite: the chain mail scrubber. Excellent for cleaning pans after water rinsing. Light scrubbing that doesn’t remove seasoning like steel wool would. SS so it doesn’t rust. Chain mail = extremely flexible.

    Going to have to switch from olive oil to the field seasoning oil.

    Very stiff brush.

    Excellent care kit.
